TAP 357 can simply be enjoyed neat, over ice or as part of these signature drink recipes
The Montreal
2½ oz. TAP 357
¾ oz. sweet vermouth
3 dashes Angostura Bitters
Directions: Stir ingredients well with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish: orange peel.
TAP the Sap!
1oz. TAP 357
¾ oz. fresh orange juice
lemon-lime Soda
Directions: Shake the first two ingredients in a shaker with ice and strain into a shot glass.
Top with the soda.
Summer Rye
1½ oz. TAP 357
½ oz. fresh lemon juice
1 tsp. agave nectar
8 raspberries
4 mint meaves
Prosecco
Directions: Shake ingredients very
well (except for wine) with ice and strain
into an ice-filled rocks glass. Top with
the Prosecco.
Garnish: Mint sprig
Maple Berry Sparkler
1oz. TAP 357
4oz. Prosecco
4 blackberries (or 1 oz. blackberry puree)
Directions: Muddle the blackberries in a
mixing glass. Add TAP 357, Prosecco,
and ice and gently fold. Strain into a
chilled champagne flute.
Garnish: blackberry on rim of glass
Golden Apple
1½ oz. TAP 357
1oz. apple cider
½ tsp. maple syrup
3 dashes Angostura Bitters
Lucid Absinthe rinse
Directions: Shake the first four ingredients
very well with ice. Strain into a chilled
cocktail glass that has been rinsed with
Lucid Absinthe.
Garnish: red apple slice
Chocolate-Maple
1½ oz. TAP 357
Hot Chocolate
Directions: To your favorite mug
of hot chocolate, add 1½ oz. of TAP 357 and gently stir.
Garnish: ground cinnamon
